Tell us about your school
Its name, town and your details. We suggest the web address and fill in the current academic year and semester for you.

Confirm your email
Type the letters in a small picture, then the 6-digit code we email you.

Sign in and start
Your school is built while you watch, usually in a minute or two. Then set up your programmes, classes and staff from the admin portal.

Do we need to install anything?
No. The system runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer with internet. Your school gets its own address such as yourschool.shs.cleancodegh.com.
Can other schools see our data?
No. Every school has its own database and its own files, and nobody else can sign in to your school. Everything is backed up every week.
We already have our students in Excel. Do we type them again?
No. Import your student lists from Excel, and the placement list for your new first years, instead of typing them again.
Can we use our own domain name?
Yes. Ask us for it: we buy it, connect it with a secure certificate and email you when it is live.
How do our teachers get their accounts?
Register them from the admin portal: each gets an SMS to finish creating the account. You choose what each person may do.
